Welcome to my Reflexology website. My name is Linda Exton and my journey with reflexology began in 2001 whilst I was working as a network systems engineer for British Telecom.

I became unwell and was rendered on sick leave for 3 months. During this time I attended my GP and had numerous blood tests to no avail. As my health was deteriorating I decided to try the alternative/ complementary medicines. It was here that I found the answer to my health problems and within 3 months was experiencing the best health I had ever had.

Returning to work I was filled with an overwhelming urge to change direction and find a way where I could also help others as I'd been helped. So I decided to take voluntary redundancy and pursue a degree in complementary therapy.

To commence this degree, I needed to attain a practitioner qualification and so started my training in Reflexology. The course was a year and included the study of anatomy & physiology along with 100hrs of case studies. I was so amazed with the results that I decided not to take the degree course but to continue as a practitioner and specialise in this field.

My holistic training has comprised the following courses:

Reflexology:

Basic training of 1yr plus anatomy and physiology (100hrs case studies)

Advance Reflexology

Vertical Reflex Therapy – Basic

Precision Reflexology

Nerve Reflexology part 1 – Lumbar Sacral Region

Dec 06 - Commencing a 6 month course in Cranial Sacral Reflexology

Reiki:

Counselling:

Post Graduate Therapeutic Diploma in Counselling (CBT)
